    Lead Coach

    Brittany Fleet is a passionate, Baltimore-born artist who believes dance is a transformative tool for expanding vision, breaking boundaries, and building a strong sense of community. Starting her training at the Carver Center for Arts and Technology, she went on to earn a BFA in Dance from SUNY Purchase. Brittany’s additional training includes esteemed programs at The Rock School, Orlando Ballet, and Complexions Contemporary Ballet. Throughout her career, she has performed works by renowned choreographers such as George Balanchine, Mark Morris, Twyla Tharp, Stephanie Tooman, and Francesca Harper.

    Professionally, Brittany has showcased her talent in live performances, commercials, and music videos for major brands like Disney, The Kids Choice Awards, Google, Shark Ninja, and a range of celebrated music artists.

    As a teacher, choreographer, and mentor, Brittany’s mission is deeply rooted in providing opportunities for Black and Brown dancers, helping to ensure they have access to the training, resources, and experiences needed to thrive in the dance world. She believes that visibility, representation, and community are essential in empowering dancers to achieve their full potential. In March 2022, Brittany founded FLEET Dance Coaching LLC with this mission in mind—offering more than just individualized training but holistic, culturally enriching experiences designed to nurture both the body and mind. Trainees have been accepted into several summer intensives: American Ballet Theatre, Alvin Ailey Dance Theatre, School of American Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Orlando Ballet, Boston Ballet, Jacobs Pillow, The Rock School Philadelphia, Dance Theatre of Harlem and more! 

    Her commitment to excellence in dance education has earned her certification from the world-renowned American Ballet Theatre, as well as recognition from the Steve and Majorie Harvey Foundation, Pretty Girls Sweat, Brown Girls Do Ballet, a spot as a June Ambrose × PUMA "Neighbor-HOOD Hall of Famer", and the 2022 Best of Atlanta Award in Career Guidance. Brittany is also dedicated to mentoring students through the B.F.A college application process, helping them secure spots in top-tier dance programs across the U.S such as SUNY Purchase, University of Southern California, George Mason University,  Fordham University, Marymount University and more. 

    For Brittany, dance is not just an art form—it’s a way to create lasting change in the lives of young dancers.

    Her guiding mantra? "Strong mindset, strong dancer.

  • Nadyne Bispo

    COACH (Now located in Virginia)

    Master Ballet Coach

    Nadyne Bispo is originally from Brazil. She began her dance training at the age of 3 years old at Balé Jovem de São Vicente, Brazil where she studied the Vaganova technique. She graduated in 2015 from the school while achieving a series of awards and accomplishments with the greatest being awarded The Best Ballerina of competition Passo de Arte-Santos with Satanella Variation.

    Nadyne represented Brazil in many international competitions, two of them being Tanzolimp in Berlin and Youth America Grand Prix (YAGP) in NY where she received scholarships and contracts with companies including Boston Ballet and Atlanta Ballet. She attended both of their Summer Intensive Programs.

    She joined the Atlanta Ballet in 2018 under the direction of Gennadi Nedvigin where she danced in many productions including Yuri’s Possokov’s Nutcracker, Giselle, Don Quixote, Firebird, Serenade by Georgue Balanchine, La Sylphide, Coco Chanel the Life of a Fashion Icon by Annabelle Lopez as well as the Enchantress in Beauty and the Beast.

    She is excited to share her passion for ballet and inspire others to harness their potential and enjoy the love she has experienced from the community.

  • Charizma Lawerence

    Co Founder of Dance to Degree

    About THE LINK: Charizma Lawrence grew up in Atlanta, Georgia, where she discovered her love of the performing arts at the age of 11. Charizma obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Southern California in 2023 along with a Minor in Psychology. She has worked with notable choreographers such as Debbie Allen, Tessandra Chavez, Chloe Arnold, Micaela Taylor, Brandi Chun, Andrew Winghart, and Al Blackstone. She has performed staged works by Jin Kyliän, Justin Peck, and Ohad Naharin. She has worked on commercials for The Coca-Cola Company and Walmart, danced in music videos, and with celebrities such as Melissa McCarthy. Her ever-evolving love for the arts has encouraged her to find ways to nurture other interests in tandem with her passion, including entrepreneurship.

    THE LINK Collegiate Counseling, LLC was created by Charizma in 2023 as a way to help give back to students who see dance as a serious career choice. Upon reflection of her own collegiate application process, she was able to identify specific ways she can be of service to the students coming after her. THE LINK Collegiate Counseling, LLC aims to support dancers through their college application process by providing resources such as connections with alumni and current students of their dream program, conversations on how to match a program to their career goals, coaching on essay prompts, and more! We are super excited to be launching Dance to Degree in partnership with FLEET Dance Coaching LLC as this partnership will create such a robust program for our incoming students.
